How to Be Famous… (at least for Thanksgiving)

From My Kitchen

Hear me out… this recipe is worth it.

I’m going to plant my flag on this hill… cranberries are the unsung hero of holiday fare.

Cranberries generally sit largely unappreciated in some too fancy for everyday use crystal dish, their crimson deliciousness overshadowed by well, pretty much everything else. I’m betting that even if you reach for the cranberries, they’re still an accompaniment and not the star of your plate.

Because you’ve never had Jo’s cranberries.

Jo’s cranberry chutney makes you want to shove your face in the bowl and not come up for air until it’s gone. Really. It’s that good.

I begged Jo for her recipe. For years. And when I finally got it and started making it (*cough* in double and sometimes triple batches), people started begging me.

Want the secret to being famous? Make Jo’s cranberry chutney. People will start to coo and mime grabby hands when they see you coming with your crystal dish.

You don’t even have to beg for the recipe.

Enjoy!
xo, Kathy
